Key Responsibilities
- Own and lead the strategy for new customer acquisition via various channels including email, SMS, affiliate, and direct mail
- Develop and manage the lead capture funnel, ensuring effective opt-in tactics and conversion flows
- Manage agency partners and direct reports to drive execution, reporting, and experimentation in lead generation efforts
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of relevant experience in a lead generation role within an eCommerce brand or agency
- Deep understanding of performance marketing with a focus on revenue and efficiency goals
- 4+ years of experience in hiring, coaching, and leading high-performing teams
- Hands-on experience with email service providers, SMS platforms, and affiliate platforms
- Proven track record of delivering measurable results in performance metrics
