Key Responsibilities

  • Manage agency partners and direct reports to drive execution, reporting, and experimentation in lead generation efforts
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in a lead generation role within an eCommerce brand or agency
  • Deep understanding of performance marketing with a focus on revenue and efficiency goals
  • 4+ years of experience in hiring, coaching, and leading high-performing teams
  • Hands-on experience with email service providers, SMS platforms, and affiliate platforms
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable results in performance metrics
