Retail Merchandising Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Retail Merchandising to lead the merchandising team for a direct-to-consumer and wholesale retail business.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop merchandising plans, strategies, and tactics to meet company goals
• Optimize product assortment strategy to meet customer demands and market trends
• Source and manage relationships with suppliers and manufacturers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 8+ years' experience in online retail merchandising, buying, and/or product development
• Experience in developing product assortments and launch plans
• Experience leading retail strategies, including defining KPIs and forecasts
• Experience in a high-growth ecommerce business or large retailer in the lifestyle space preferred
