Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Machine Learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the long-term strategy for the ML platform, enabling efficient model deployment
• Lead the development of scalable, cloud-native ML infrastructure and implement best practices for model management
• Build and mentor a high-performing ML engineering team while driving cross-functional initiatives to deliver ML-powered features

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering, data engineering, or ML engineering roles, with 3+ years in a technical leadership role
• Proven track record of building and scaling ML platforms from research to production
• Deep experience with MLOps best practices and modern ML frameworks
• Expertise in cloud-native environments, particularly AWS services
• Strong leadership skills with experience in hiring and mentoring technical talent
