EV Automotive Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for an EV Automotive Technician Call Center Agent (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and tickets for the Dealer Network, providing automotive technical diagnostic direction
• Resolve automotive issues through a defined six-step diagnostic process and follow up on existing tickets
• Communicate product issues to relevant teams and utilize databases for automotive product information

Required Qualifications

• High School Graduate (automotive technician or engineering bachelor's degree preferred)
• Automotive Service Excellence Certifications (ASE)
• At least 3 years of automotive repair experience
• 1-3 years of experience in electrification, BEV, PHEV, or Hybrid automotive technician roles preferred
• Knowledge of diagnostic and repair tools, as well as basic PC software skills
