Staff Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Engineer to lead infrastructure strategy and modernization efforts for their global SaaS platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead infrastructure strategy to modernize core services
• Design and implement scalable, reliable, and secure cloud infrastructure using IaC and automation
• Mentor engineers and enhance engineering excellence and code quality across teams

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in large-scale, mission-critical cloud environments (AWS required)
• Experience leading platform transformation from legacy systems to modern infrastructure
• Hands-on knowledge of Terraform, CloudFormation, and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong background in Kubernetes, Docker, and containerized deployment workflows
• Experience driving DevOps/DevSecOps in high-availability environments
