Key Responsibilities
- Own and optimize the paid media strategy for Google and Meta advertising channels, aligning with company KPIs
- Manage multi-million-dollar monthly media budgets to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth
- Build and mentor an in-house media buying team while collaborating with external partners for campaign execution
Qualifications
- 6-10+ years of experience in performance marketing with large-scale DTC media buying for Google Ads and Meta
- Expertise in developing and scaling conversion-focused and full-funnel campaigns
- Deep understanding of advanced bidding, targeting, and attribution methodologies for both platforms
- Proven ability to build and manage high-performing acquisition teams across various functions
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools
