A company is looking for a Director of Performance Marketing to lead paid digital acquisition efforts and drive revenue growth for its D2C business.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute the performance marketing strategy across Paid Social, Paid Search, and other key acquisition channels
- Oversee digital paid budget allocation and forecasting to meet revenue and acquisition targets
- Manage and mentor a team of channel leads and agency resources to drive performance and growth
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, particularly in Paid Acquisition
- Direct experience driving growth in D2C/ecommerce businesses
- A minimum of 2+ years of team management experience
- Hands-on experience managing large-scale 8-figure annual budgets
