Director of Product

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Product to lead and scale their product organization during a critical growth phase.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of Product Managers, establishing strong team processes and empowering decision-making
• Collaborate with the CPO to define and communicate long-term product strategy and priorities
• Own the customer-facing product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company strategy and market opportunities

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of software product management experience, including 5+ years in people management
• Experience in healthcare or complex ecosystem product management is highly preferred
• Proven track record in establishing strong team processes that drive results
• Exceptional people leadership capabilities and experience in organizational transformation
• Technical fluency to collaborate effectively with engineering teams
