Director of Product Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Product Management, XR Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and own the XR technical product strategy and long-term roadmap
• Lead the creation and maintenance of detailed product roadmaps across hardware, software, and platform layers
• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to drive collaboration and deliver high-impact XR solutions

Required Qualifications:

• 15+ years of relevant work experience, including 5+ years in people management
• Expertise in product lifecycle management, road mapping, and product discovery
• Experience managing strategic long-term relationships with external partners
• Deep understanding of E2E industry solutions and emerging technologies within the XR space
• Proven track record of managing multiple internal and external stakeholders across complex programs
