Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Product Management focusing on Checking/Debit and New Products.

Key Responsibilities

• Set the vision and deliver results for Checking/Debit Accounts & New Products P&Ls
• Lead product squads through discovery, delivery, and in-market optimization
• Take full accountability for product performance, translating metrics into actionable insights

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management within consumer fintech, including 4+ years leading teams
• Proven track record of launching and scaling debit or credit card programs
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills with experience aligning diverse stakeholders
• Proficiency with SQL and analytical tools; familiarity with Python/R is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field is preferred
