Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Product Manager (Shared Services).

Key Responsibilities

• Innovate core services and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience
• Lead product strategy and manage the full lifecycle of operational solutions for shared services
• Define product requirements and develop actionable user stories to support operational efficiency

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 8+ years in Product Management with experience in platform services ownership
• Strong technical background; BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Proven experience in Agile methodologies and as a Product Owner
• Experience in developing API products and collaboration with offshore teams
• Industry experience in healthcare, insurance, or marketplaces preferred
