Director of Product Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, PS Product Management to lead the development and management of professional services offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the definition, standardization, and management of professional services offerings, including packaging and pricing models
• Drive cross-functional analysis of existing offerings to enhance performance and meet customer needs
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to develop tools and strategies that enhance service visibility and adoption

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in technical product management, consulting, or professional services operations
• Proven ability to define and evolve service offerings with a focus on customer outcomes
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across various departments
• Familiarity with Professional Services Automation tools and CRM systems
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field required
