Director of Product Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Product Management (Public Safety).

Key Responsibilities

• Define Product Vision and Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear, forward-thinking vision for the product suite
• Drive AI and Cloud Innovation: Lead the integration of AI and cloud technologies into dispatch solutions
• Own Product Portfolio: Create and manage a comprehensive portfolio of solutions based on market research and customer feedback

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• 8+ years of experience managing and leading senior and mid-level staff
• Experience with public sector software, particularly in public safety or public administration
• Proven ability to drive AI technologies and their application in software products
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
