Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, insurance technology, or similar domains
• 5+ years of experience leading and developing product managers
• Proven track record in owning and scaling a significant functional area from strategy through execution
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in defining impactful metrics
• Experience in insurance, financial services, or regulated industries is a strong plus
