Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Capability Product Owner to lead a high-performing team in delivering innovative solutions across digital and service platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product vision, roadmap, and execution strategy in alignment with enterprise goals and customer expectations
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Product Owners while fostering a culture of accountability and innovation
• Build strong cross-functional partnerships to ensure alignment on key priorities and deliver cohesive solutions

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading teams and driving cross-functional initiatives
• 10+ years in life insurance, annuities, or financial services with a focus on agile delivery and digital transformation
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex initiatives at scale
• Expertise in Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Jira)
• Strong strategic thinking and stakeholder management skills
