Director of STARS Quality Performance

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, STARS Clinical Practice Performance - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversees Quality Performance Improvement initiatives for ISNP and IESNP contracts across regions
• Collaborates with Regional Leadership to assess performance metrics and implement strategic plans to enhance Star Outcomes
• Coordinates with cross-functional teams to develop and execute quality improvement activities and reporting

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of clinical and/or operational experience in Medicare Advantage and Quality operations
• 3+ years of experience in managing STARS rating programs
• Proficiency in creating and delivering high-level PowerPoint presentations to executive audiences
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for analyzing operational data and identifying trends
• Ability to work Monday-Friday from 8 AM - 5 PM in the Central Time Zone
