Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in P&C Personal Lines insurance underwriting or related fields
- 5+ years in people leadership, including managing high-performing teams
- Proven track record of setting functional vision and translating it into actionable strategies
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in business or related field preferred
- Extensive experience leading enterprise-level, cross-functional initiatives
