Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse-Behavioral Health Outpatient.

Key Responsibilities:

• Obtain patient history and perform specialized procedures as ordered
• Facilitate communication between providers and patients, and provide health education
• Maintain patient records and ensure accurate documentation of treatment

Required Qualifications:

• Diploma or Associate's Degree from an accredited LPN program
• 1 year of clinical nursing experience
• Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse license upon hire
• Basic Life Support certification upon hire
• Must adhere to HIPAA regulations
