Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Revenue Cycle to oversee revenue cycle operations and manage a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full cycle credentialing process for providers
• Supervise credentialing staff, including training and performance management
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with corporate standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's or advanced degree and/or certification preferred
• 7 or more years of progressive management experience or equivalent education and experience
• Strong project management and mentoring skills
• High integrity, including maintenance of confidential information
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
