Job Summary

A company is looking for a Disaster Recovery Manager / Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans
• Conduct Risk and Control Self-Assessments and manage internal controls frameworks
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in the financial services sector

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, Risk Management, or Information Security
• Hands-on experience with Risk and Control Self-Assessments and internal controls frameworks
• Strong technical background in Cybersecurity and Cloud Platforms, specifically AWS and Azure
• Experience working in Financial Services or Banking with familiarity with regulatory standards
• Demonstrated project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities
