Dispatcher – Box Truck Operations

• Coordinate daily loads, routes, and driver assignments
• Communicate with brokers, drivers, and clients—clear, fast, and professional
• Use ELDs, load boards, and dispatch tools to keep operations smooth
• Monitor compliance (DOT/MC), paperwork, and branding standards
• Troubleshoot issues and keep the team moving forward
• Experience in dispatching box trucks or freight (1+ year preferred)
• Strong communication skills—professional but real
• Tech-savvy with load boards, ELDs, and dispatch platforms
• Detail-oriented with a sense of urgency
• Loyal, reliable, and ready to grow with the company

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $24.84 – $29.92 per hour
