Job Summary

A company is looking for a Subject Matter Expert (SME) & Future Program Faculty for the Doctor of Business Administration Program.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Instructional Design and Development team to develop high-quality course content
• Provide subject matter expertise to create accurate and relevant learning materials
• Maintain availability throughout the 14-week development process and meet project deadlines

Required Qualifications

• Doctoral degree (PhD, DBA, EdD) in a relevant field required
• 10-15 years of high-level industry experience in executive or consulting roles
• Demonstrated thought leadership in specific DBA course areas
• Experience working with doctoral students or teaching doctoral-level courses preferred
• Familiarity with online and hybrid learning environments preferred
