Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning and Development Communications Specialist to drive strategic messaging and create engaging content for learning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Craft clear, compelling scripts and communications for learning programs and leadership engagement
• Shape and deliver strategic messaging for executive stakeholders and organizational initiatives
• Collaborate with internal teams to align communications with business goals and learning outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in communications, preferably within corporate learning or executive communications
• Must be eligible to work in the United States and obtain and maintain an Active U.S. Government Secret Clearance
• Strong writing and editing skills, with experience creating scripts, speeches, and strategic messaging
• Proven ability to position ideas effectively and tailor messaging for different audiences
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field
