Seasonal Admissions File Reader

Job Summary

A company is looking for a File Reader for the Law School Graduate Studies 2025-2026 Admissions Year.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct holistic reviews of first-year applications for the LL.M., S.J.D., and Visiting Scholars programs
• Assist the Assistant Dean of Graduate Studies in evaluating prospective students and submitting recommendations
• Communicate regularly with the Graduate Studies Office using various electronic platforms

Required Qualifications

• A master's or terminal degree is required; a Juris Doctor or combination of LL.B. and LL.M. is preferred
• Familiarity with higher legal education in domestic and international contexts
• Understanding of international education standards and practices, including transcript evaluation
• Previous experience reviewing LL.M. and S.J.D. applications is preferred
• Must be based in the United States and authorized to work without sponsorship
