• Create and maintain training content, including video tutorials and e-learning modules

• 2+ years' experience delivering software or technical systems training and onboarding
• Proven ability to deliver effective and engaging training sessions
• Experience with data analytics platforms and reporting tools
• Highly organized, adaptable, and enthusiastic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
