Job Summary
A company is looking for a Training Lead to join their team remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure contract personnel are adequately trained in tools, processes, procedures, and customer service best practices
- Formulate formal training curricula for new hire training and refresher training for experienced agents
- Review existing training and contract performance for opportunities to improve and ensure compliance with government-mandated training
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, or a similar field with at least 3 years of experience in training design and delivery
- Background in designing and delivering IT training
- Active Top Secret clearance
- Training design and development certification(s) preferred
- Experience supporting CBP/DHS preferred
