Training Lead with Top Secret Clearance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Training Lead to join their team remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure contract personnel are adequately trained in tools, processes, procedures, and customer service best practices
• Formulate formal training curricula for new hire training and refresher training for experienced agents
• Review existing training and contract performance for opportunities to improve and ensure compliance with government-mandated training

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, or a similar field with at least 3 years of experience in training design and delivery
• Background in designing and delivering IT training
• Active Top Secret clearance
• Training design and development certification(s) preferred
• Experience supporting CBP/DHS preferred
