Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Aid Advisor who evaluates, approves, and awards financial aid to students in accordance with regulations and policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate financial needs of students and provide guidance on financial aid options
• Review and assess eligibility of financial aid applications and maintain accurate documentation
• Conduct workshops and provide information to students and families regarding financial aid policies

Required Qualifications

• Preferred bachelor's or associate degree and four years of related experience
• Broad knowledge of federal financial aid programs and recordkeeping requirements
• General knowledge of accounting practices and computer applications
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Capability to handle confidential and sensitive information
