Remote Academic Coach

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part-Time Academic Coach to support student learning skills in an online environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support dispositional and learning skills development at graduate and undergraduate levels
• Engage in relationship-based coaching through synchronous 1:1 and small group sessions
• Lead program-specific workshops and facilitate peer collaboration among students

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, education, special education, or a related field
• Two or more years of experience supporting adult learners in higher education
• Experience supporting neuro-divergent learners
• Familiarity with online meeting platforms
• Availability for night and weekend work based on business needs
