Job Summary

A company is looking for a Training Specialist to support the development and execution of a compliance program at a national agency.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct training needs analysis to assess compliance training needs and identify learning outcomes
• Develop comprehensive training curricula and create training materials for various roles
• Evaluate training program effectiveness and refine based on feedback and performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Adult Education, Human Resources, or related discipline
• 5+ years of experience in instructional design and training delivery
• Ability to obtain a Position of Public Trust Clearance
• Proficiency with learning management systems and e-learning authoring tools
• Expertise in adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
