Key Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive training curricula and create training materials for various roles

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Adult Education, Human Resources, or related discipline
- 5+ years of experience in instructional design and training delivery
- Ability to obtain a Position of Public Trust Clearance
- Proficiency with learning management systems and e-learning authoring tools
- Expertise in adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
