Onboarding and Engagement Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Onboarding and Engagement Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and guide new students and families through the onboarding process
• Plan and facilitate virtual events to enhance student engagement and community participation
• Assist with re-registration campaigns and maintain accurate records of student participation

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience in student services, customer service, or education preferred
• Familiarity with online learning environments strongly preferred
