Execution Mentor for Executive Function

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Execution Mentor for Executive Function.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide regular 1:1 support to help students complete tasks and meet milestones set by the Senior EF Coach
• Act as an accountability partner to check in on progress, manage workload, and maintain student motivation
• Help students review schedules, manage deadlines, and follow through on academic and extracurricular commitments

Required Qualifications

• M.Ed. from an accredited institution
• Demonstrated success working with youth/students
• Experience supporting students in an academic, mentoring, or coaching capacity
• Familiarity with executive function coaching, skills development, or leadership training
• Understanding of student progress tracking, assessments, or skill-building frameworks
