Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Professor for the DNP Program.

Key Responsibilities

• Mentor students in planning and implementing practicum projects aligned with healthcare challenges
• Support students through the IRB pre-screen process and review IRB forms
• Develop and revise course content, implement the curriculum, and coordinate with partner agencies for student practicum experiences

Required Qualifications

• A doctoral degree in nursing or a related field (DNP, PhD, EdD)
• Experience with IRB processes and project-based learning in graduate nursing education
• A passion for student success and academic excellence
• Strong mentorship, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a remote academic environment
