Job Summary

A company is looking for a Field Training Coordinator to support training programs for dealership personnel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the creation and updating of training materials and resources
  • Schedule and organize training sessions, webinars, and workshops
  • Track attendance and feedback while maintaining accurate records of training sessions
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Education, or a related field preferred
  • Experience supporting training programs or events in a business environment
  • Knowledge of digital retailing trends and automotive dealership operations
  • Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools and digital content management systems is a plus
  • Multilingual abilities, especially in Spanish or French, are an asset
