Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation and updating of training materials and resources
- Schedule and organize training sessions, webinars, and workshops
- Track attendance and feedback while maintaining accurate records of training sessions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Education, or a related field preferred
- Experience supporting training programs or events in a business environment
- Knowledge of digital retailing trends and automotive dealership operations
- Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools and digital content management systems is a plus
- Multilingual abilities, especially in Spanish or French, are an asset
