- Lead training for Empower Personal Wealth business funnels, focusing on Stock Plan Services
- Facilitate learning solutions and prepare plans based on adult learning theory
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of learning curriculum and training programs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development
- 2-3 years of experience in Stock Plan Services
- FINRA Series 7 and FINRA fingerprinting required
- Certified Equity Professional (CEP) Level 1 certification required
