Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning Architect E5G and RF Enablement.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programs on Ericsson Private 5G and RF planning
• Develop training content, hands-on exercises, and assessments for enterprise use cases
• Certify and coach partner trainers to ensure quality in global delivery

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a technical trainer with a proven track record
• Deep knowledge of RF design, deployment, and optimization
• Strong understanding of 5G radio networks and protocols
• Experience in curriculum design and certification management
• Strong instructional design certifications (e.g., ATD, CompTIA CTT+)
