Learning Architect for 5G Training

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning Architect E5G and RF Enablement.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging training programs on Ericsson Private 5G and RF planning
• Develop training materials, hands-on exercises, and assessments for enterprise use cases
• Certify and coach partner trainers to ensure consistent global delivery quality

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a technical trainer with a proven track record in training program design and delivery
• Deep experience in RF design, deployment, and optimization, with familiarity in tools like iBWave or Atoll
• Strong knowledge of 5G radio networks and protocols, ideally in enterprise or private network contexts
• Demonstrated success in curriculum design, exam creation, and certification management
• Strong instructional design certifications (e.g., ATD, CompTIA CTT+, or equivalent)
