Spanish Language Arts Assessment Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assessment and Activity Designer, SLA K-5 (Full-Time, Contractor).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and review assessment and activity content, including auto-scored items and rubrics
• Transadapt and create content tailored to diverse learners and source engaging Spanish texts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine assessment processes and design reports on student progress

Required Qualifications

• Native proficiency in Spanish
• 2+ years of experience in Spanish and/or bilingual teaching or curriculum/assessment design
• Bachelor's Degree in an education-related field with a focus on literacy
• Strong background in Spanish literacy genres and development
• Experience in digital assessment design and writing assessment items for early Spanish literacy
