Key Responsibilities
- Provide resources and support to assist students in selecting their degree major and developing a plan of study
- Address inquiries from military commands, partnership institutions, and students regarding program information and enrollment
- Collect and monitor data records to improve efficiency and ensure compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- One year of experience as a Student Success Coordinator, Academic Advisor, or Registrar
- Familiarity with educational technologies such as Salesforce and Microsoft Suite
- Willingness to undergo a background investigation if a current security clearance is not active
