Job Summary

A company is looking for an Exceptional Education Resource Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement educational strategies for students with disabilities and individual learning plans
• Monitor student progress and conduct 1:1 and group sessions using web conferencing tools
• Collaborate with educators and communicate with students and families regarding learning goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education or related field with at least 2 years of classroom experience
• Valid teaching license in Special Education, Gifted, English Language Learners, or related area
• Two or more years of experience working with students needing specialized supports
• Highly qualified teacher status that meets NCLB requirements
• Experience facilitating online courses is preferred
