A company is looking for a Documentation Specialist I, Equipment Finance - FF&L.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and review lease and loan documentation under supervision, ensuring alignment with company procedures
- Coordinate with clients, internal stakeholders, and attorneys to support the documentation and closing process
- Input and maintain transaction data in internal systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Required Qualifications
- Education level required: High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent
- Minimum experience required: 3+ years of banking, leasing, or financial services experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
