Massachusetts or Pennsylvania Licensed Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Nurse Practitioner for the National After-Hours Team, part-time remote, requiring MA or PA licensing.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide telephonic care and coordination for residents and facility staff during after-hours
• Utilize EMR to deliver acute care and document findings in compliance with regulations
• Manage medical and behavioral conditions in collaboration with physicians or specialty providers

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree as a Nurse Practitioner
• Current unrestricted NP license in the state of residence and ability to obtain in other required locations
• Nurse Practitioner national certification as ANP, FNP, or GNP
• 3+ years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner
• Proficient computer skills for documenting medical information
