Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications and Education
- Bachelor's degree in behavioral science, international development, sociology, public policy, or a related field
- 5-7 years of experience in non-profit program management, particularly with volunteering programs
- Strategic thinker with a strong background in program and project management
- Field experience in managing volunteering initiatives and knowledge of program life cycles
- Demonstrated ability in monitoring and evaluation, program conceptualization, and proposal development
