Key Responsibilities

• Co-lead the execution of local volunteering frameworks to ensure growth and effective implementation
• Manage the development and optimization of program design and management systems for local volunteering
• Oversee donor relations, program funding, and grants to enhance collaboration and program sustainability

Required Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's degree in behavioral science, international development, sociology, public policy, or a related field
• 5-7 years of experience in non-profit program management, particularly with volunteering programs
• Strategic thinker with a strong background in program and project management
• Field experience in managing volunteering initiatives and knowledge of program life cycles
• Demonstrated ability in monitoring and evaluation, program conceptualization, and proposal development
