Accreditation Specialist III

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Accreditation Specialist III.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert in accreditation standards and collaborate with business owners to gather necessary documentation for accreditation submissions
• Monitor and track accreditation deliverables, ensuring compliance with standards and managing the survey submission process
• Provide education and updates to staff on accreditation standards and act as a mentor to junior team members

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science, arts, healthcare, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
• Minimum of three years of experience in a Managed Care Organization or healthcare-related field
• Accreditation experience is required
• Project Management experience is preferred
• Knowledge of IHI, DMAIC, or other process improvement methodologies is preferred
