Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Closer to support their operations teams in the mortgage closing process.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble, prepare, and review loan closing documents while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
• Monitor workflow, prepare daily reports, and interface with warehouse and post-closing teams to ensure quality funding packages
• Communicate with various stakeholders to keep them updated throughout the closing process and meet production standards

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail closing experience in the mortgage industry
• Familiarity with insurance policies, title reports, appraisals, and settlement statements
• Strong knowledge of mortgage banking industry regulations
• Experience with BYTE software is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
