Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Information Technology SME to support a Healthcare Call Center.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide services and support to transitioning military service members and veterans receiving psychological health and TBI care
• Manage technical support for medical software and service management platforms, including Electronic Health Record systems
• Ensure integration of various software applications within healthcare systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Information Systems
• At least one year of experience with medical software and service management platforms
• At least one year of experience in technical support within healthcare and contact center environments
• DoD 8140.03 IA certification; Security+CE certification preferred
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a favorable background check
