Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Information Technology SME to support a Healthcare Call Center.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide services and support to transitioning military service members and veterans receiving psychological health and TBI care
- Manage technical support for medical software and service management platforms, including Electronic Health Record systems
- Ensure integration of various software applications within healthcare systems
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Information Systems
- At least one year of experience with medical software and service management platforms
- At least one year of experience in technical support within healthcare and contact center environments
- DoD 8140.03 IA certification; Security+CE certification preferred
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a favorable background check
