CloudOps Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a CloudOps Engineer to join their Global Support Team of cloud experts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide remote services including incident management, AWS support, installation, configuration, maintenance, and disaster recovery
• Continuously monitor the performance and health of customer AWS environments using various monitoring tools
• Act as the primary point of contact for AWS technical support cases and maintain communication throughout incident lifecycles

Required Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in a Linux and Windows environment
• 1-2 years of experience with networks and security in production environments
• 2-3 years of experience with monitoring and observability tools like DataDog and CloudWatch
• Experience working as an NOC, SOC, or advanced support engineer
• Ability to work on an on-call shift rotation during nights and weekends
