Job Summary

A company is looking for a Donor Engagement Manager responsible for securing funds by building relationships with mid-level donors.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of 500-700 mid-level donors, aiming to upgrade their giving within 12-18 months
• Create and execute personalized strategic communication plans focused on donor engagement
• Record and report on donor interactions and portfolio progress using a CRM system

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in cultivating and soliciting mid-level donors
• Knowledge of blended gifts, including planned giving
• Experience with fundraising databases, preferably EveryAction
