A company is looking for a Service Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide tier 2/3 technical support for Dynamics 365 Field Service applications, including troubleshooting and incident resolution
- Assist with system upgrades, patches, testing, and deployments to ensure minimal disruption
- Document technical solutions and conduct user training on new features and best practices
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2-5 years of experience supporting Dynamics 365 Field Service or Microsoft Business Applications
- Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 Field Service capabilities and Power Platform components
- Hands-on experience with troubleshooting Dynamics 365 customizations and integrations
