Job Summary
A company is looking for a Workday Architect to lead the design and optimization of their Workday Human Capital Management system.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and implementation of Workday HCM modules, ensuring alignment with business needs
- Drive full lifecycle project delivery including requirements gathering, solution design, and post-go-live support
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable system solutions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience managing Workday HCM systems, with at least 3 years in a senior or architect-level role
- Proven track record of leading multiple end-to-end Workday implementations and enhancement projects
- Workday certification in HCM, Advanced Compensation, Payroll, and other relevant modules preferred
- Familiarity with payroll regulations and processes strongly preferred
