ECAD Librarian and PCB Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an ECAD Librarian and PCB Designer (US Citizenship REQUIRED).

Key Responsibilities

• Support CCA development for electronics used in high reliability undersea communication systems
• Manage library practices and assist with PCB layout design processes
• Document capture including bill of materials, ODB++ digital fabrication packages, and 3D model generation

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent plus a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of PCB design tools from the Mentor Graphics suite or Altium
• Experience with library management practices and 3D model creation using Solidworks NX or CREO
• Hands-on prototyping experience and basic knowledge of IPC and manufacturing standards
• In-depth knowledge of CCA fabrication techniques
